Acceptance of these terms
By using the public website of Ameon Group at ameon.co.za, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “Ameon”, “we”, and “us” mean Ameon Group.
These terms apply to the public pages: home, about, contact, privacy, and terms. They do not govern a product account, a login, or an application that Ameon Group may operate separately. If you use a separate product, that product’s own terms apply to it, where they exist.
Who we are, and what this site is for
Ameon Group is the company that publishes this website. The site is a corporate information site. It describes the company and how to contact it. It is not a shop, a client portal, or a product login.
The pages are provided for general information. They do not, by themselves, offer anything for sale, invite an investment, or create a client, supplier, employment, or partnership relationship. Sending an enquiry does not appoint Ameon Group to do work for you, and it does not oblige us to take on a project.
Nothing on the site is a promise that a particular business, idea, or opportunity will be pursued, announced, or continued. We may change, correct, or remove content as the company develops. We have not published a registration number, a physical address, or a telephone number on these pages.
Intellectual property
The Ameon name, the Ameon Group logo and marks, and the text, graphics, and design of this website belong to Ameon Group or its licensors, unless a page says otherwise. All rights that are not expressly granted here are reserved.
You may view the pages for your own information, and you may share links to them, provided the link is fair and does not suggest that we endorse you. You may not:
- copy the logo, or use the Ameon name, in a way that suggests an association, partnership, or endorsement we have not agreed to;
- copy the site’s design or content in order to present it as your own; or
- remove notices that identify Ameon Group as the source of the material.
If you need permission for a use that these terms do not allow, email info@ameon.co.za before you do it. A lack of reply is not permission.
Acceptable use
You may read the public pages and send a genuine enquiry. You may not use the site, or the contact form, to:
- break the law of the Republic of South Africa, or help anyone else to do so;
- send or publish material that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful;
- impersonate Ameon Group or another person;
- attempt to gain access to systems, accounts, or data that are not part of these public pages;
- disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or impose an unreasonable load on it;
- introduce malware, or use the site to distribute it; or
- scrape or copy the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors, or in order to pass the content off as yours.
We may refuse, ignore, or remove an enquiry that breaches these terms. We may also suspend access to the site where that is a reasonable way to stop misuse. These pages do not offer a user account to suspend.
No warranties, and limitation of liability
The site is a marketing and information site. We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that the pages are complete, current, or free of error, or that the site will be available without interruption. Information on the site is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, tax, or technical advice. You should not rely on it as the basis for a decision that needs advice from a qualified person.
To the extent the law of the Republic of South Africa allows, Ameon Group is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content. That includes loss that is indirect or consequential, and loss arising from a third-party website we link to.
We do not exclude or limit liability that South African law does not allow us to exclude or limit. That includes liability for fraud, or for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, where an exclusion would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, or any other right, that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms are to be read as subject to those rights.
If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites, for example the Information Regulator or the service that relays the contact form. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement of the other site, its content, or its privacy practices. Your use of a linked site is governed by that site’s own terms. We are not responsible for loss arising from a third-party site, to the extent the law allows that position.
Using the contact form
The contact form sends your name, email address, and message by email to info@ameon.co.za. The message is relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) so that it can be delivered to that address. You may also write to info@ameon.co.za directly.
We read enquiries as we are able to. We do not guarantee that we will reply, or that we will reply within a particular time. A submission does not create a mandate, a file, or a client relationship. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information. The Privacy Policy explains how that message is handled.
Privacy
Personal information collected through this website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. That policy is part of how the site works. If these terms and the privacy policy both speak about an enquiry, the privacy policy explains the personal-information position, and these terms explain the conditions of using the site.
Changes to these terms and to the site
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page and changing the effective date. The version on this page is the one that applies to your visit. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms for that later use. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the site.
We may also change, replace, or withdraw pages, or take the site offline for maintenance or for any other reason, without notice. We do not promise that any page will remain available.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of the Republic of South Africa have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from your use of this website, subject to any right you have that cannot be limited by this sentence, including a right to approach a forum that the law makes available to you.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ameon.co.za, or through the contact page.
