The Information Management department realised that they were not customer focused towards the rest of the organisation. They required an entire rethink of how they engage with their internal customers, as well as new methods with which they could keep their customers informed.

What did we do?
We worked along with the Head of the department to develop the strategic vision for a new Customer Service Strategy. Working with the rest of the team, we developed action plans and communication tools (newsletters, brochures and others) to aid the implementation and provide guidance for customer service within the department.
